Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke; 2. Aged between 30 to 70 years; 3. Within 2 weeks to 1 year after onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of brain trauma, cancer, epilepsy; 2. The hemiplegic patient with bilateral limb; 3. Heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 4. Severe cognitive impairment; 5. Claustrophobia, pacemaker, intracranial implants or skull defects; 6. Pregnant women.
