50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed according to the diagnosis criteria formulated by American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 1995; 2. Patients with unilateral knee lesion; 3. Ineffective conservative treatment; 4. Degenerative knee disease as confirmed by X-ray examination; 5. Provision of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of hormone drugs in the last 3 months; 2. Subjected to knee surgery; 3. With secondary arthritis such as knee rheumatoid arthritis, hemochromatosis, hemophilia, gout, nervous disease, and femoral head necrosis; 4. Have poor general condition, cannot tolerate the surgery, and have other contraindications for arthroscopic surgery; 5. With a history of mental disorder; 6. Patients have medical diseases and those who cannot walk because of hip and spine diseases; 7. Patients who cannot be evaluated because of other treatments or surgeries after arthroscopic surgery.
