Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients undergoing robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were initially enrolled at the first affiliate hospital of Anhui Medical University, Hefei, Anhui. Patients who were over 65 years old, scheduled for RALRP and ASA class I or II were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had previous neurological deficit, psychiatric disease, alcoholism or any other drug dependence, serious hearing or visual impairment, and any other comorbidities which would preclude neuropsychological tests were excluded.
