Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age=65 years, with type 2 diabetes, ASA I-III, patients with gastric cancer or colon cancer and all patients had a clear awareness and fluent language in preoperative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refuse to participate; Without regular treatment of poorly controlled hypertension;MMSE score<23; Serious hepatic or renal dysfunction; Cardiovascular disease or dysfunction of blood coagulation; Related drug allergies
