Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed by Roman IV criteir of irritable bowel syndrome; Adults (? 18);Voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe primary diseases and mental illness;Pregnant women or breast feeding women; Diagnosed the digestive tract organic disease; Taking the drugs what may cause gastrointestinal disorders, such as: calcium channel blockers, anticholinergic drugs, prostaglandins, antacids, promote power agent, etc.; A history of severe cardiovascular system, respiratory system; Regular exercise habits (the frequency of regular aerobic exercise is more than three times a week, or more than 30 minutes.
