15 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Posttraumatic orthrosis patients; 2. Osteochondritis dissecan patient; 3. Articular cartilage damage level III-IV and area >2cm2; 4. The patient aged under 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune arthropathy; 2. Secondary ischemic necrosis of cartilage injury; 3. Diffuse degenerative arthritis; 4. Rheumatoid arthritis; 5. The immunosuppressant was made in 6 weeks; 6. The immunosuppressant was made in 6 weeks; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Abnormal coagulation function; 9. The investigator cognizanced the patients unsuitable in the study.
