Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. unilateral, bilateral root symptoms, accompanied (or not accompanied) with cauda equina compression; 2. Symptoms of spinal stenosis in single segment; 3. Neurogenic intermittent claudication; 4. Imaging findings corresponding to clinical symptoms: (1) Lateral recess and/or intervertebral foramen stenosis; (2) Spinal canal and/or mixed spinal stenosis; 5. Conservative treatment for 3-6 months is not effective.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intervertebral instability, osseous infection, mental abnormality, tumor patients, drug addicts, communication difficulties; 2. Intervertebral disc herniation in the case of spinal stenosis.
