Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) knee osteoarthritis KL classification 4; 2) First knee total knee arthroplasty for one week; 3) Patient aged 55-70 years old; 4) Primary knee osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Autoimmune joint disease; 2) Ligament instability or injury; 3) The surgical limb has a history of other surgical or heavier trauma; 4) Inflammatory inflammatory diseases; 5) With diabetes; 6) Combining vascular diseases of lower extremities; 7) Patients with poor limb muscle strength, etc., who cannot undergo routine postoperative rehabilitation; 8) Surgery at the same time at other sites; 9) Patients with an undergraduate question group considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
