3 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years old, male or female; 2. due to "abdominal pain, abdominal distension, acid reflux, belching, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, chest pain, hematemesis, melena" and other symptoms of treatment; 3. No antibiotics, bismuth, H2 receptor antagonists or PPI were used in the past four weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Esophageal and gastrointestinal surgery and gastrointestinal perforation; 3. Patients taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs at the same time.
