Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: DKD: 1. Type 2 diabetes; 2. Aged 35-75 years; 3. Glucostasis, systolic pressure<130mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure<80mm Hg and HbA1c=6.5%; 4. Urinary protein ACR; 30-300ug/gCr; 5. Inform Consent Form; 6. Voluntary participation. NPDR: 1. DR; 2. NPDR; 3. Aged 35-75 years; 4. Stolic pressure<130mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure<80mm Hg and HbA1c=6.5%; 5. Inform Consent Form; 6. Voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; 2. Malignant tumor; 3. Histoty of renal diseases; 4. History of immune disease; 5. Cardiac insufficiency; 6. History of cardiopathy; 7. Immune deficiency; 8. Organ transplantation or HIV; 9. Women with pregnancy or lactation.
