Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. having a positive result in early colorectal cancer screening (questionnaire assessment and fecal occult blood test); 2. did not complement colonoscopy at the time when intervention implement; 3. having a mobile phone and can be contacted; 4. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. did not do colonoscopy but has recently made an appointment; 2. had done a colonoscopy in the past three years; 3. study objects in intervention group in the pilot test; 4. other situations that should be excluded.
