18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with or without gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea, fecal occult blood positive, unexplained hematochezia, bowel habits and traits change and so on), 18 to 85 years old; 2. subjects themselves or their guardians have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor bowel preparation; (2) Definite contraindication for endoscopy; (3) Serious heart and lung disease; (4) Acute gastrointestinal bleeding (not including bleeding hemorrhoids); (5) History of colon resection; (6) Severe mental illness who can not be self rating or not accept enrollees; (7) Confirmed or suspected intestinal obstruction; (8) Refused to sign the consent.
