Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years, ASA classification I-II, undergoing an elective laparoscopic or open gynecological surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe coagulation abnormalities, and severe gastrointestinal disorders.Emergency surgery patients. Patients who refuse to use the ERAS protocol.
