Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) early stage of the onset (within 48 hours)The oneset time within 48 hours; (2) Aged >45 years male and female; (3) MRI-confirmed stroke diagnosis I; (4) Chinese Han nationality, regardless of the degree of their educational background; (5) Able ability to understand and speak mandarin prior to the onset of stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History history of dementia or of severe psychiatric disorders; 2. Deafness deafness or blindness; 3. Altered altered consciousness; 4. non-native mandarin language speaker; 5. unwillingness to cooperate
