Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients elder than 75 year, undergoing non-neurosurgical surgery with general anesthesia and consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significantly changes in the parameters of respiratory and circulation introperatively(blood pressure changes greater than 40%); 2. Patients rejected the tests with any reasons.
