18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. displaced femoral neck fractures that are diagnosed by CT and X-ray; 2. Garden III~IV; 3. aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. males or females; 5. have a history of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pathological fractures; 2. fracture with tumor or immunodeficiency disease; 3. fracture with spinal cord injury or nerve injury; 4. refuse to sign Informed consent.
