Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From April 1, 2018 to December 31, 2027, patients with intestinal polyps treated in the hospital department were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the person who had not received the informed consent; (2) exclude the subjects with insufficient fecal samples, insufficient blood volume or no collection, intestinal polyps, intestinal mucosa without collection, incomplete questionnaires or refusal to participate. (3) all patients were excluded from tuberculosis, hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), HIV and other viral infections, excluding other chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases.
