18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with clinically diagnosing NAFLD by imaging Technics, NAFLD diagnosis compliance with AASLD guideline of NAFLD (2012); 2. patients without receiving drug therapy for NAFLD; 3. willing to receive liver biopsy and histopathology examination, and related clinical lab test; 4. Writing Informed Consent Form, and take part in clinical research; 5. Aged 18-65 yaars old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. all kinds chronic liver diseases, included but not limited to virus hepatitis, alcohol liver disease,drug-induced liver diseases, autoimmune liver diseases(included AIH,PBC,and PSC), and congenital liver diseases; 2. secondary to system diseases, included but not limited to all kinds of autoimmune diseases, and the liver is invovled; 3. all kinds of cancer, included hepatocellular cancinoma; 4. Existing contradiction of liver biopsy, or refusing receiving liver biopsy and histopathology; 5. company of heart,liver, lung, kidney failure,or abnormal function; 6. patients with other liver diseases, confirmed by liver pathological diagnosis.
