Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 10-19 years old female; 2. Volunteer to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. there are major or chronic somatic diseases; 2. the use of hormone drugs; 3. we need to exclude other causes of Kaohsiung hormone cause (CAH, Cushing's syndrome, androgen secretion tumor). We need to exclude other diseases that cause ovulation disorders (hyperprolactinemia, premature ovarian failure, hypophysis or hypothalamic amenorrhea, thyroid dysfunction, etc.); 4. can not use Mandarin or Cantonese to communicate or not to answer the question or the author; 5. Refuse to participate in the research.
