Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75, no limitation in sex and national; 2. Imaging or pathological diagnosis show FLD; 3. Abnormal ALT, but <5ULNs; 4. Patients understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Monocular or binocular severe refractive media turbidity,which affects the observer of the fundus; 2. Co-exsit other acute or chronic liver diseases; 3. Heart failure with grade II/III/IV and other organs failure, such as lung, liver, kidney, brain; 4. 11. Co-exsit serious life - threatening primary and psychiatric disorders; 5. Other conditions not suitable for this clinical research.
