Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery at Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2016 to October 2017

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not the amount of heparin and protamine or ACT time recorded in medical records
