40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosis of the first cerebral infarction demonstrated by CT or MRI; (2) patients with paralysis but muscle strength remains at least grade II; (3) patients with depression emotion (7=HAMD=17) and cognitive impairment (MoCA=26).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe cardiovascular instability; (2) global aphasia, severe demention and mania; (3) pain enough to restrict activities; (4) older than 80 or younger than 18 years.
