Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. Bilateral knees with Grade II-III osteoarthritis, identified by two different observers, according to the Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale; 3. Bilateral knees with initial pain evaluated at 4 or greater on a 10-point Visual Analog Scale (VAS); 4. Patient is able to understand the instructions given by the study doctors; 5. Signing informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Had secondary arthritis (related to rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, post-infectious arthritis, and previous articular fractures); 2. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney disease that cannot tolerate general anesthesia; 3. Psychiatric disorders; 4. History of liposarcoma and other cancer; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Immunosuppression; 7. Coagulopathy; 8. Abdominal Hernia; 9. Any knee joint operation or intra-articular injection of any drug within 6 months before the screening; 10. Sign of infection or Serological positive of HIV , syphilis; 11. A low level of body fat content that may make liposuction difficult.
