Case series:laparoscopic surgery under total intravenous anesthesia

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I to III male and female, hemoglobin=60g/l and undergoing laparoscopic surgery; 2. The patients aged 18 to 80 years, no severe hearing and visual impairment, have reading ability; 3. Scheduled elective or limited tumor surgery under general anesthesia, and estimated duration of operation is more than 2 hours; 4. The patients and their consignors participate in this study and sign informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to join the study; 2. History of depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinsons disease, or myasthenia gravis; 3. Have serious Alzheimers disease, any severe visual or auditory disorders, were unable to understand the language used, coma, end-stage diseases and so forth; 4. Emergency operation; 5. The ASA classification before operation is IV or V,hemoglobin=60g/l, NYHA=3, severel live function and renal function impairment; 6. History of neurological surgery; 7. MMSE<24, A score on the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) at screening of 23 or less.
