Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective laparoscopic surgery patients; 2. Aged 20-60 years old; 3. ASA grade 1-3 level; 4. BMI 18-28; 5. patient who participate in the experiment Voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cardiovascular disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Recently obvious infection or coagulation dysfunction; 3. intraoperative blood loss more than 5000ml; 4. Serious neurological lesions.
