40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 80 years, diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease for more than one year; 2. In the last six months, pulmonary ventilation function inhalation of diastolic agents meet the standard of FEV1/FVC<70%,FEV1<80%; 3. The patient or family member can operate the smart phone skillfully;(smartphone requirements: support to all the millet mobile phone which upgrade to the Android 4.4 and support bluetooth 4.0, other brand mobile phones Android 4.3 above, and bluetooth 4.0); 4. Nearly a year, patient living in Guangzhou or willing to cooperate with continuous follow-up and submit data; 5. The disease was stable in 1 months before enrollment and was not involved in clinical interventional trails for nearly three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary function contraindication: A myocardial infarction or shock in nearly 3 months;Severe cardiac function unstable or massive hemoptysis nearly 4 weeks.Seizures require medication;Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic pressure> 200mmHg, diastolic pressure >100mmHg);Giant pulmonary bullous;Aortic aneurysm;Severe hyperthyroidism. 2. Chronic cardiac failure,Cardiac function stage >=3; 3. Both lower limbs disorder affect daily activities; 4. Severe mental disorders such as insomnia, anxiety and depression have existed before the diagnosis of COPD; 5. Diseases such as malignant tumor ,serious blood diease, immune deficiency affects the daily activities and sleep; 6. Investigator considers that the patient does not understand this study.
