35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) signing a written informed consent; (2) use regular medication before the screening period; (3) aged 35 to 75 years during the screening period; (4) the patient was in a stable condition, and there was no acute exacerbation in the last four weeks; (5) to ensure that the research was carried out smoothly, female subjects were given birth control during the follow-up period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients are not willing to cooperate and follow up; (2) pregnancy; (3) there was a history of epilepsy.
