18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. screened 30 cases of sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis for the first time, without diabetes, acute and chronic gastroenteritis, liver disease and the history of taking hormone and immunosuppressant; 2. has no history of antibiotic application in the last June.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. could not tolerate tracheal endoscopy; 2. in the middle of the use of anti - tuberculosis drugs in addition to antibiotics; 3. retreated because of the combination of diseases or other special causes.
