Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the world health organization's diabetes diagnosis standard in 1999 [5], that is, fasting blood glucose is greater than 7. 0 mmol/L; Glucose tolerance test 2 h blood glucose was greater than 11.1 mmol/L; (2) the world health organization (who) developed the diagnosis standard for osteoporosis, that is, the bone density is less than 2.5 standard deviations (T = -2.5); (3) no glucocorticoid was used within half a year, and no effect on bone metabolism drugs was used within 1 year, and women had natural menopause for more than 5 years.
