Interventions

neoadjuvant chemotherapy group:chemotherapy combining gemcitabine and cisplatin for 6 weeks and receive radical cystectomy
non-neoadjuvant chemotherapy group:receive radical cystectomy without neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The informed consent has been obtained from the patient; 2. With confirmed diagnosis of BCa (T2-T4a); 3. With moderate/good ECOG health rating (PS) 0-1 score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With bad compliance or contraindication to enrollment; 2. Pregnant woman or lactating woman; 3. With contraindication to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
