Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Berlin accords with the ARDS standard [4] with ARDS[Pa02/Fi02 = 200mmHg(1mmHg=0.1133kPa)]; the accord with the diagnostic criteria of sepsis Sepsis3.0[5]; the establishment of artificial airway (orotracheal intubation or tracheostomy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active acute hemorrhage, intracranial hypertension, and severe pneumothorax are not willing to participate in this study.
