65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients equal to or older than 65 years old(gender is not limited); 2. Hospitalized patients proposed to receive selective gastrointestinal tumor surgery in Huashan Hospital; 3. Patients of ASA grade I-II level; 4. Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HPA\HPT\HPG axis related diseases; 2. hepatic diseases; 3. infectious diseases; 4. use of hormone or drugs affect the secretion of the hormone(e.g. ketoconazole,Dexmedetomidine ); 5. obesity(BMI >30); 6. chronic hypoxia (COPD,OSAS); 7. oral diseases; 8. mental diseases; 9. predicted to be difficult airway; 10. known to allegic to any drugs in the protocol; 11. participate in other clinical trials in recent 3 months.
