40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with radical operation of thoracoscopic esophageal carcinoma in selected period; ASA class I~II; Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; Before operation, there were no diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney. No alcohol history; Quit smoking more than 2 weeks before surgery; History of anaphylaxis without food; Preoperative pulmonary function test results: the measured value of MVV/predicted value is greater than 70%, FEV1% is greater than 60%, and the dispersion rate of DLCO is more than 60%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient or the family member of the patient refuses to sign the informed consent; ASA class III and above, difficult airway Mallampati classification or C - L class III and above; BMI > 28kg/m2 for obese patients; Preoperative severe pulmonary disease, severe heart disease, severe liver and kidney disease history; Hypoalbuminemia; Abnormal blood gas results; Fever, abnormal metabolism.
