40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =40 years old; 2. Persistent airflow limitation (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC value <0.70); 3. Signed informed consent form; 4. Female patients need contraception.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory diseases (1) Patients with a history of alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency or were diagnosed with a deficiency of alpha-1 antitrypsin; (2) Other respiratory diseases, such as active pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiectasis with clinical significance, lung cancer, and huge pulmonary bullous, interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, primary pulmonary hypertension, uncontrolled sleep apnea syndrome; (3) Lung volume reduction: lung volume reduction, lobectomy or bronchoscopy,etc; (4) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma condition is poorly controlled: hospitalized for acute exacerbation within 4 weeks prior to screening. 2. Circulatory diseases (1) Patients with unstable ischemic heart disease, left heart failure, coronary heart disease or myocardial infarction; (2) Congestive heart failure; (3) Arrhythmia (tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, atria); (4) ST-T wave anomaly; (5) Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic pressure > 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100mmHg). 3. Nervous system (1) Hstory of convulsions and epilepsy; (2) Patients with cerebrovascular accident (cerebral apoplexy, persistent cerebral hemorrhage, etc.) during the first 6 months of the screening period. 4. Endocrine (1) Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypokalemia. 5. According to the researcher's judgment, the subjects who were not suitable for the study were not suitable.
