Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Western medicine diagnostic criteria for IBS with diarrhea-predominant type belong to and comply with TCM syndrome of liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency may be included in test cases in line; (2) Informed consent; (3) male or female patient between 18 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy, nursing mothers, or planning a pregnancy; 2. intestinal organic disease, such as inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, colon polyps; 3. severe cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases and tumors of patients; 4. Gastrointestinal surgery record reports; 5. severe primary disease and mental illness; 6. There are drug and food allergies or allergies during the test; 7. Not signed informed consent; 8. It does not meet the inclusion criteria, according to the specified medication, can not determine the efficacy or incomplete information and other factors determine the efficacy or safety of persons; 9. researchers believe that clinical trials are not suitable for this study.
