Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the Atlanta new classification criteria for patients with acute pancreatitis in 2012; (2) Aged from 18 to 65 years; (3) The hospital ethics committee approve the protocol,also all patients provide written informed consent before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant disease; (2) pregnancy or postpartum patients; (3) Patients with psychiatric or refuse to cooperate.
