65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or older, gender is not limited, ASA I or II level. Past no heart, liver, kidney dysfunction history. Obtain informed consent from the patient and / or his legal guardian; 2. Depression patients: (1) first diagnosis or recurrence of patients; (2) in the patient's past life, there is no manic episode; (3) Depression is not due to the use of psychoactive substances or any organic mental disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with any serious physical diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases; 2. body foreign body: such as pacemaker, intracranial electrode; 3. history of epilepsy; 4. serious anesthetic adverse reactions, such as allergic reactions; 5. non-partners; 6. bipolar disorder, there are other mental illness, mental retardation of the patient; 7. supervisor of the psychiatrist to judge not suitable for MECT treatment.
