Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary participation; 2. Type 1 diabetes; 3. Aged 18-70 years; 4. BMI=18kg/m2; 5. HbA1c 7%-9%; 6. Glucostasis during the last three months; 7. No serious heart, liver, renal or cerebrovascular diseases; 8. Women of childbearing age using the method of contraception.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Type 1 diabetes or other types of diabetes; 2) Women with pregnancy, preparation pregnancy or lactation; 3) Abnormal liver function; 4) Renal insufficiency; 5) Serious hypertriglyceridemia; 6) Dapagliflozin allergy; 7) History of diabetic acute complications; 8) Use of drugs which affect glucose; 9) Serious heart diseases; 10) Diabetic acute complications or stress induced by infections; 11) Endocrine diseases; 12) Cancer participants with chemoradiotherapy; 13) Serious osteoporosis or fracture; 14) Urinary infection; 15) Serious dehydration; 16) Use of drugs which affect urine acid; 17) Gout.
