Age
18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. CHB patients who had received NAs for more than 3 years; 3. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) positive and <1000 IU/mL; 4. Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) positive and <10 COI; 5. Hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV DNA) <20 IU/mL.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who receive Interferon therapy in the past 12 months; 2. Patients with liver cirrhosis, Hepatocellular Carcinoma or other malignancies; 3. Patients with other factors causing liver diseases; 4. Patients with concomitant HIV infection or congenital immune deficiency diseases; 5. Patients with important organ dysfunctions; 6. Patients who receive antineoplastic or immunomodulatory therapy; 7. Patients with diabetes, thyroid disease or autoimmune diseases; 8. Patients with another relative contraindication of Interferon therapy; 9. Pregnant and lactating women; 10. Patients who can't come back to clinic for follow-up on schedule.
