Age
18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients voluntarily participate in study and sign informed consent; (2) female aged 18 and 70 years old; (3) patients following mastectomy with IIA (not including T2N0) ~ IIIC stage breast cancer, pathology is invasive carcinoma; (4) adjuvant chemotherapy was completed as scheduled; (5) patients with axillary lymph node metastasis was confirmed by imaging or clinical examination, pathology is invasive carcinoma and followed neoadjuvant chemotherapy; (6) patients with KPS= 80 and expected survival period is more than 12 months; (7) no serious underlying disease in the heart and lungs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with her-2 positive expression and didnt receive target treatment, ER/PR positive expression with no postoperative adjuvant endocrine therapy; (2) patients who had not completed postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy as scheduled; (3) there is a history of radiotherapy in the proposed irradiation area; (4) the treatment area has active connective tissue disease; (5) patients with severe complications and history of mental illness.
