Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 45 and 60 years old; 2. BMI 18.4 to 28; 3. Have lived in Guiyang for more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The past history of chronic or major diseases; 2. Respiratory and/or intestinal infections and other respiratory diseases recently; 3. take antibiotic and probiotic products (including long-term yogurt and probiotic drinks) over the last three months; 4. Take drugs for the last week.
