Inclusion criteria: 1. elective radical resection of esophageal carcinoma; 2. aged >18 years; 3. ASA I~III.

Exclusion criteria: Bradycardia, atrioventricular block, hypotension, coagulation disorders, diseases of the nervous system, heart function, liver function abnormalities, immune system disease, severe endocrine disease, severe not serious sight or hearing barriers to effective communication with
