Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients aged 55 to 85 years men or women; 2) Stable clinical state with diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment according to the diagnostic criteria in 2013; 3) The patients and caregiver voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent; 4) With memory impairment for more than 3 months, but have normal activities of daily living; 5) Score in MMSE was >24; 6) Score in MOCA =26; 7) Score in clinical dementia rating (CDR) was 0.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed as Vascular Dementia according to NINDS-AIREN standards; 2) Hachinskilnchemic score (HIS) scale score >4; 3) Patients cannot cooperated with cognitive assessment(including sight loss and hearing loss, severe dysphonia); 4) The patients had alcohol or drug dependency in the past six months; 5) The patients were participating in other clinical trials; 6) The patients were illiterate; 7) The patients had brain structure lesions which may cause cognitive impairment, such as traumatic brain injury and intracranial space-occupying lesions, or had congenital mental retardation.
