Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients have a clinical diagnosis of primary gout; 2. Male or female, age 18 to 70 years; 3. Willing to sign patient informed consent and comply with the research proposal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary gout (caused by hematopathy, chronic kidney disease or chemotherapy and radiotherapy, etc.); 2. Asymptomatic hyperuricemia; 3. Kidney failure (GFR < 20 ml/min) or sever elevated liver enzymes (3-times higher than normal range); 4. Combined with other rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathy etc.; 5. The following drugs have been taken in the past six months: glucocorticoid, immunosuppressant (thiopurin, 6-mercaptopurine, cyclosporine, cyclophosphamide), chemotherapy drugs; 6. Have received uric acid-lowing treatment during the past three months; 7. Hypersensitivity or have a history of allergic reaction to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), colchicine or febuxostat; 8. Being pregnant, with severe infection, malignant tumors, active tuberculosis; 9. Mental disease; 10. poor medication compliance or other adverse prognostic factors.
