Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Non-specific Lower Back Pain Group: aged 25~45 years patient with lower back pain longer than 3 months; Normal Control Group: aged 25~45 years people without lower back pain within the recent 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A patient should be excluded from Non-specific Lower Back Pain Group, if he or she presents any of the following conditions including Spinal deformity (such as scoliosis and spondylolisthesis), spine fracture, spinal tumor specific spinal diseases;Implementation of a spinal fusion and discectomy is associated with spinal surgery; pelvic inflammation, tumor and other gynecological diseases; any conditions that makes him or her contradicted for radiographic exposure (such as pregnant women or cancer); nerve root lesions; or mental illness A patient should be excluded from Normal Control Group, if he or she presents any of the following conditions including asymptomatic hip or spinal disorders (identified by physical examination or any other tests or examinations); or mental illness
