2. The classification by MICM is lymphoblastic leukemia
3. Patients in initial diagnose without any chemotherapy before.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have signed the Informed Consent Form; 2. Patients who were newly diagnosed with pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia by MICM classification did not receive any chemotherapy before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed of ALL relapsed; 2. Patients who have received irregular chemotherapy; 3. Patients who have received glucocorticoids therapy because of fever.
