Ropivacaine combined with oxycodone 5mg:Epidural injection of ropivacaine combined with 5mg oxycodone
Ropivacaine combined with oxycodone 5mg:Epidural injection of ropivacaine compound 2.5mg hydroxyketone

60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60-85 years of age, male and female; 2. Body image index is 18-25; 3. Patients, ASA I-II; 4. Patients familiar with all the procedure and evaluation, agreed to participate in this experiment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude puncture local infection; 2. Hypersensitivity to amide local anesthetics; 3. Bleeding constitution, severe peripheral arteriosclerosis, aspirin within 1 weeks; 4. Patients with neuralgia or spinal disease.
