18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years; (2) Patients with hyperglycemia are needed to recieve insulin treat; (3) Patients who are expected to live in ICU time are not less than 72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients or their agents refused to participate in this study; (2) Death is inevitable at the end of the disease; (3) Patients with chronic pancreatitis; (4) Patients received long-term hormone therapy.
