Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The 1-2 level diagnosis of primary hypertension; (2) In accordance with Chinese medicine, anger hyperactivity liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome diagnosis; (3) 140mmHg=sisbp =179mmHg, and (or) 90mmHg=sedbp =109mmHg; (4) Aged between 18-75 years; (5) Nearly 2 weeks of use of any drugs; (6) The person who voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unstable angina, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident, acute myocardial infarction or heart failure; (2) Those who have known or suspected secondary hypertension; (3) Type 1 diabetes or standardized oral hypoglycemic drugs were still not well controlled (fasting blood glucose >11mmol/L), type 2 diabetes mellitus and complications (nephropathy and peripheral neuropathy); (4) The drug absorbers may be affected by gastrointestinal or gastrointestinal surgery; (5) Combined with other severe primary diseases or malignant tumors such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, ALT and AST exceed 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value, and Cr exceeds the upper limit of normal value; (6) Allergic constitution, test drug or its component allergy; (7) Women of lactation and women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy in the near future; (8) Excessive smoking (>10 / day), excessive drinking (drinking 14 units per week alcohol: 1 units = beer 285 ml, or spirits 25 ml, or wine about 100 ml), or occupational factors and other factors that affect blood pressure controllers; (9) Suspect or indeed have a history of alcohol abuse or drug abuse. Or according to the researchers' judgement, other diseases or situations that may reduce the possibility of entry or make the entry complex, such as frequent changes in working environment, are likely to cause loss of visits.
