Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative heart and lung function of liver and kidney disease; 2.No history of alcoholism; 3.Quit smoking more than 2 weeks before surgery; 4.No infection within a week before surgery, no history of antibiotic use; 5.The tumor is located in the lower esophagus; 6.Preoperative pulmonary function test results: MVV measured / expected value = 70%, FEV1% = 60%, the diffusivity 7.DLCO measured / expected value = 60%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients or their families do not sign an informed consent form; 2.Preoperative ASA grade in grade ? or more; 3.Hypoproteinemia; 4.Difficult airway; 5.Preoperative existence of acute upper respiratory tract disease or COPD, asthma and other lung dysfunction disease; 6.Preoperative existence of hypertension, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia and other cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and other metabolic diseases; 7.Preoperative use of corticosteroids, tricyclic antidepressants; 8.Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment.
